Timm was born in Garfield Heights and has served in various executive chef roles in Ohio and Panama City, Florida, over the past 20 years.

A. The staff and opportunities ahead.
Q. What is your favorite dish to cook?
A. Anything with an island flair.
Q. What is your approach/philosophy on cooking?
A. My approach is always keeping food as natural as possible and letting nature show what it has to offer.
Q. Please share a fun fact about yourself.
A. I'm a sucker for Reese's cups.
Q. What are you most excited for?
A. The people. It's always about the people you make happy with food and share a story with - except for salads. I've never heard of a great story being shared over a salad. HAHA!
Q. Is there anything else you'd like to share?
A. There's always a solution with anything in life. Sometimes it just takes us longer to find it. Never give up.
