Tiffany was born in Alliance, raised in Toronto, Ohio, and later moved to Akron. She has served in various retail and food service roles for her entire working career. At Lost Trail, Tiffany serves as the staff lead for The Hungry Hiker.
Tiffany answered a few questions for us so you could get to know her outside the truck. She has a very fun and outgoing personality, so don't be shy in saying hi if you see her.
Q. What is your favorite thing about Lost Trail?
A. I love the atmosphere and the people. It's such a cute place, and once you find it (haha), the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Q. Do you have a favorite Lost Trail memory?
A. I really enjoyed meeting Daniel Rylander in person. I've listened to him for years on 91.3 FM radio, so that was really cool.
Q. What is your philosophy on customer service?
A. I like to treat everyone as if I know them. I am happy when my customer is happy. Whether I'm filling their belly or just cracking jokes, I like to see them leave with a smile.
Q. What is your favorite thing to cook?
A. Oooh...my pancakes! I make them from scratch and they seem to be a big hit with my family and friends.
Q. What is your favorite food?
A. I love to eat Mexican and Mediterranean foods.
Q. Do you have a favorite Hungry Hiker dish?
A. I love the Baxter Bites, but the Mt. Van Hoevenburger is pretty great, too.
Q. Tell us a fun fact about yourself.
A. I'm obsessed with Name That Tune! It is my favorite game to play, especially competitively. I'm also chock full of random 80s/90s/2000s pop culture knowledge.
Q. Is there anything else you'd like to share?
A. I'm the mom of two amazing girls. One is on the color guard and the other plays youth football.
