Let's get crafty cookie style with Chef Katie of The Hungry Hiker as she walks you through numerous decorating techniques (leaves, pumpkins, flowers and borders) while you create a fantastic fall cookie. Participants will receive a 9 inch chocolate chip cookie, five piping bags filled with fall-colored homemade buttercream frosting (orange, white, red, black, green) and decorating tips. Piping bags are yours to keep.

Chef Katie of The Hungry Hiker is teaming up with the ladies of Wild Whisk Ohio to create an unforgettable appetizer and dessert pairing with Lost Trail wines.
Participants will experience the following selections, paired with 4,3 oz samples each of our wines:
Altitiude (chardonnay) with a chicken and waffle skewer and caramel vanilla cake (made with Altitude)
The Guide (cabernet savignon) with a beef, pork and veal meatball with marinara sauce and cherry cobbler (made with The Guide)
Triad (Concord, Niagara, Catawba blend) with pumpkin hummus and naan dipper and dark chocolate hazlenut cake
Kienuka (Niagara) with a pineapple and pecan cheese ball and poached pear frangipane (made with Kienuka)
Life is 'bread'a with bruschetta! Join Chef Katie for a mini carb load courtesy of a uniquely crafted bruschetta flight with flavors of fall. Participants will receive a flight of four bruschetta paired with four, 3 oz pours of Lost Trail wines. Combinations are as follows:
Prosciutto, apple and brie with Lost Trail honey and Altitude (Chardonnay)
Mediterranean style with tzatziki, tomato, red onion, cucumber, kalamata olives and Feta cheese with Oxbow (Rose)
Thanksgiving leftovers with turkey, cranberry jam, roasted sweet potato, goat cheese and balsamic drizzle with The Guide (Cabernet Sauvignon)
Blackberry and whipped ricotta drizzled with Lost Trail honey with Conquer (Concord)
