 Let Chef Katie of The Hungry Hiker take you on a journey from dough to finish during this experience. Participants will learn about each stage of making the very focaccia Katie makes every week for our Blake’s BLT including preparing the dough, proofing the bread and baking it. At the end everyone will receive their own complete loaf they can dip in choice of pesto or olive oil and balsamic and taste, with plenty remaining to take home and share. Select which toppings you’d like when you check out (sundried tomato, caramelized onion or garlic and Parmesan.)

Soak in the sights and smells of fall with a clambake provided by our food trailer, The Hungry Hiker.

Menu includes: a dozen clams, clam chowder, sweet potato, corn on the cob, quarter chicken and broth. Wine is available to purchase for an additional cost. In order to provide the freshest possible experience, bakes will be served at 5 pm.

Let's get crafty cookie style with Chef Katie of The Hungry Hiker as she walks you through numerous decorating techniques (leaves, pumpkins, flowers and borders) while you create a fantastic fall cookie. Participants will receive a 9 inch chocolate chip cookie, five piping bags filled with fall-colored homemade buttercream frosting (orange, white, red, black, green) and decorating tips. Piping bags are yours to keep.
